Things people ask first.
Can I download Abhivo or Guruvo and sign up myself?
No. Both apps are sign-in only. Your school creates your account and shares your login details. This keeps school data limited to the right people.
I forgot my password. What do I do?
Ask your school admin to reset it. Neither app can reset a password on its own, because the school owns the account.
What does Abhivo show me about my child?
Today's IN and OUT status, attendance history, school notices, leave requests and their status, progress reports, and fee details where your school has turned fees on. You only see what the school has published.
Can I pay fees inside Abhivo?
No. Abhivo shows fee totals, due dates, payment history and receipts. It does not take payments.
How is attendance recorded?
Students and teachers tap an RFID card on a reader at the school gate. The apps display those records and send alerts. They do not use your phone location.
Is my data safe?
All traffic uses HTTPS. Your sign-in token sits in the phone’s secure storage, and each school’s data is kept separate. See the privacy policy for the details.
Which schools can use these apps?
Schools that run on the Astfast school platform. If your school isn't on it yet, ask them to get in touch with us.
