Delete your Abhivo account and data

How to request deletion

Guardian accounts are created and managed by the school, so you can ask in either of two ways.

Through your school. Ask your school admin to deactivate or delete your account in the Astfast School Admin Panel.
Directly to us. Email info@astfast.com from your registered email address or the one linked to your registered mobile number with the subject “Delete my Abhivo account”. Include your full name, your school’s name and your registered phone number.

We verify the request with the school before we act, so that nobody can delete someone else’s account.

What is deleted

Your profile details: name, email and phone number.
Your sign-in tokens and push-notification device tokens.
Leave applications and attachments you submitted, where the school does not need to keep them.

Our system keeps records instead of erasing rows, so “deletion” means the account is deactivated and your personal details are removed or anonymised.

What may be kept

Attendance, notices, progress reports and fee records belong to the school and may be kept by it, in line with the school’s policy and the law. These are not used to identify you after your account is removed.

How long it takes

Within 30 days of a verified request. We will confirm by email when it is done.

Just want to stop alerts?

You do not have to delete your account. Sign out of the app, or turn notifications off in Android settings.
